Cancellation Policy
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on my ability to serve my clients. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter my studio. I limit the number of clients I see every day to ensure the highest level of quality in my services. They depend on clients showing up for their scheduled appointment times.
I require a 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
For me to reserve a place in my schedule for you, I require that you agree to my cancellation policy, as follows:
1) Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change/to reschedule an appointment. For example: if your appointment is at 6 pm Saturday, you have until 6 pm sharp on Friday to cancel or reschedule.
2) In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no show, deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions. If client put a deposit it will not count towards your next schedule appointment.
If this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize you — this is part of the agreement you are making with my business to help us protect my ability to serve you and all of my clients.
3) If the client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered canceled (NO SHOW) and the client is responsible for (50%) cost of the scheduled service.
4) To schedule an appointment, clients must provide the credit card information to be kept securely on file. Deposit fee is $40 any service. If our cancellation policy is not honored, deposit is non refundable.
5) If rescheduled twice, deposit is non refundable and will have to make a new deposit of $40 to schedule.
